E-Commerce Manager

Job Description:

- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth

- Manage company's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized site performance, and strong conversion rates

- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant teams to improve sales, product listings, content, and website functionality

- Work closely with Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

- Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

- Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce managerial experience or a similar role

- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization

- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Compensation:

- Working location: Kaki Bukit Ave 1 (walking distance to MRT Ubi)

- Working days: Monday - Friday (Flexi Working Hours)

- Industry: Fashion Retail

- 14 days annual leave (increase one day annually, maximum 20 days)
