As an E-commerce Manager, you will lead the performance and development of the company's digital commerce platforms, with a focus on accelerating online revenue and delivering a seamless customer journey. You will oversee day-to-day website operations, develop and implement digital promotions, leverage customer and sales insights to identify growth opportunities, and enhance product presentation and content to improve conversion and overall online performance.

The Opportunity

The Talent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, including managerial or team leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and teams.
- Strong understanding of online commerce ecosystems and platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar solutions, together with knowledge of digital marketing practices.
- Hands-on experience using web analytics and performance measurement tools, including Google Analytics, with exposure to A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience managing e-commerce operations and performance, ideally within the fashion, footwear, retail, or related consumer sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or another relevant discipline.
The Job
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, providing direction and support to achieve business and performance objectives.
- Define and implement the company's digital commerce roadmap, identifying opportunities to accelerate online sales and strengthen overall channel performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring an intuitive customer journey, reliable site functionality and continuous improvement in conversion.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising and other cross-functional teams to enhance product presentation, online content, promotional activities and overall digital experience.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on digital acquisition and engagement initiatives aimed at increasing website traffic, improving conversion and strengthening customer retention.
- Track and evaluate commercial and digital performance indicators, translating data into actionable recommendations and optimisation opportunities.
- Explore and introduce new technologies, solutions and e-commerce capabilities that can improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Keep abreast of market developments, evolving consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
- Maintain appropriate standards relating to data protection, cybersecurity and applicable e-commerce regulatory requirements.
