E-Commerce Logistics Assistant

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

. Supporting online sales team with order fulfilment

. Process all e-commerce sales orders

. Strong understanding of all e-commerce processes and procedures, from order placement to packing and delivery / order fulfilment.

. Accurate picking, packing, wrapping and processing of orders for delivery

. To ensure proper documentation for all deliveries and successful fulfilment of all customer orders

. To check and ensure the correct quantity and type of merchandise before delivery

. When necessary, assist in delivery of the assigned orders to the customers locations

. Handling of product quality checks

. Perform periodic stock count

. Compliance to all safety requirements in the warehouse facility

. Resolve day-to-day operational issues based on urgency and priority

. Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in the warehouse at all times

. Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior

Requirements:

. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

. Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude

. Ability to perform under pressure

. Able to perform multitasks in order to support and assist the department on a daily basis

. Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment

. Must be able to work in fast-paced and high performance warehouse environment

. Must have the right attitude, be helpful, proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
