About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, independent, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to spearhead our Frozen Seafood online sales channels and digital marketing initiatives. This role involves managing multiple e-commerce platforms, executing marketing campaigns, and driving business growth through data-driven insights, creative content, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Website Management
- Manage and optimize the company's WordPress e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, and Facebook.
- Ensure all product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date across platforms.
- Monitor competitor activities to maintain competitive product placement and pricing.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns using Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer collaborations.
- Create engaging content for e-commerce and social media platforms to strengthen brand visibility and improve sales conversion.
- Design high-quality visuals and creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop sales strategies for existing inventory and new product launches.
- Forecast buying trends and plan seasonal campaign products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Evaluate market trends and data to draw insights that support business development and strategic decision-making.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate sales reports and perform KPI analysis to measure platform performance.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance sales, marketing effectiveness, and customer experience.
Customer Experience & Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback to ensure a positive experience and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Support order fulfillment operations, including printing and packing of orders when required.
Requirements
- ITE, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficient in managing Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and WordPress.
- Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
