Responsibilities:
The person in this position will handle all inventory and supplier related tasks relating to e-commerce sales. The candidate will report to the Business Development Manager of Business Unit Division and will be responsible for the following activities.
- Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.
- Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
- Minimize Out of Stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenish accordingly.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up.
- Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary.
- Maintenance or update product master database.
- Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
- Collect statistics and generate reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree preferably in Business / Supply-chain/ Data-analytics or related.
- 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales experience.
- Experience in Stock Management / Supply Chain Management
- Possess high energy and result oriented.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Good time management skills and team player
- Competency in MS Office skills is required.
