Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and Maintenance, Repair and Operations items. They are currently seeking a E-Commerce Inventory and Supplier Executive. This position will handle all inventory and supplier related tasks relating to e-commerce sales.

Responsibilities
- Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.
- Collect and analyze historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
- Minimize Out of Stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenish accordingly.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up.
- Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary.
- Maintain or update product master database.
- Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
- Collect statistics and generate reports.

Requirement

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply-chain, Data-analytics or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience for mechanical automation products
- Experience in Stock Management / Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills
- Possess high energy and is results oriented.
