E-Commerce Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations Executive

As our business continues to grow,w e're looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on E-Commerce Fulfilment & Warehouse Executive to take ownership of our daily order fulfilment and warehouse operations.

About theRole

This is more than a typical warehouse position.

You will be the key link between our e-commerce orders, warehouse, courier partners and delivery team.You'll review daily orders, decide the most appropriate fulfilment and delivery method, organise delivery zones and assignments, and coordinate the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

You'll also be hands-on in the warehouse, working alongside the team when required.

This role is suited to someone who is organised, decisive and practical, enjoys solving operational problems and wants genuine responsibility rather than simply following instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfilment Planning & Dispatch

- Review and organise daily e-commerce orders for fulfilment

- Determine the most appropriate delivery channel for each order, including courierpartners, in-house delivery and marketplace logistics

- Allocate orders according to delivery zones, schedules and available resources

- Coordinate delivery assignments with drivers and courier partners

- Prepare and print delivery labels, documents and dispatch paperwork

- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure orders are collected and dispatched on schedule

- Prioritise urgent, same-day and time-sensitive orders

- Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding or delayed deliveries

- Handle returned, rejected and undelivered orders and ensure stock is properly accounted for

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

- Work closely with the warehouse and e-commerce teams to resolve order and stock discrepancies

- Coordinate daily priorities to ensure fulfilment deadlines are met

- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required

- Support warehouse staff during busy periods to maintain fulfilment speed and accuracy

- Direct and support the warehouse team during daily fulfilment activities

- Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety standards

- Assist in identifying practical improvements to warehouse and fulfilment processes

- Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, organised and efficient condition

- Ensure products are stored correctly and aree asily accessible for fulfilment

- Receive incoming stock and verify quantities and product condition

- Organise stock and optimise available warehouse space

- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation

- Monitor damaged, missing, slow-moving or low-stock items and report discrepancies

- Ensure proper stock rotation and minimise product damage and wastage

Problem Solving & Process Improvement

- Identify and resolve order, stock, courier and dispatch issues promptly

- Work closely with the e-commerce and operations team to resolve fulfilment discrepancies

- Follow up with courier partners and drivers when delivery issues arise

- Investigate recurring operational issues and recommend practical solutions

- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organisation, order accuracy and fulfilment efficiency

- Help develop and improve standard operating procedures as the business grows

Skills &Experience We're Looking For

Experience

- 1-3 years experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination

- Experience coordinating courier partners or delivery operations is an advantage

- Experience with e-commerce marketplace fulfilment is an advantage

- Candidates with strong operational experience but less formal leadership experience are welcome

Technical Skills

- Working knowledge of inventory/order management systems (we use BigSeller)

- Comfortable learning new software and order-processing tools quickly

- Able to prepare and process shipping/dispatch documentation accurately

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic operational reports

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly when operational issues arise

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers and external courier partners

- Takes ownership of tasks and follows issues through to resolution

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on operational role.

- Physically fit and comfortable lifting/moving cartons and cases of bottles

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, particularly during peak sales periods

- Willing to assist with loading, unloading, picking and packing when required
