About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Fulfilment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and packing online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Check order details to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics providers for pickups and tracking.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock shipments.
- Assist with stocktaking and warehouse organisation.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the fulfilment area.
- Support customer service team on order-related queries, if needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in order fulfilment, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weights.
- Familiar with basic computer tasks (e.g., printing labels, updating order status).
- Positive attitude and team player.
