Job Scope:

• Manage daily operations across key e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify

• Create and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional setups

• Plan and execute campaigns (e.g. mega campaigns, flash sales) to drive traffic and conversions

• Work closely with platform account managers to maximise visibility and sales performance

• Ensure online store content is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on inventory, inbound shipments, and stock planning

• Liaise with 3PL providers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Monitor order flow and resolve issues related to shipping delays, returns, and cancellations

• Handle invoice verification, cost tracking, and operational documentation

• Track and analyse sales performance, campaign results, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities

• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimise pricing, improve conversion rates, and drive overall sales growth

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations

• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms is a must

• Familiarity with Shopify or other CMS platforms

• Experience working with 3PL / logistics / fulfilment processes is preferred

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

• Good communication and coordination skills
