We are looking for a detailed and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow various online sales channels. This role includes management of product listing, content, pricing maintenance, promotion campaign, inventory update, order fulfilment and KPI reporting. The ideal candidate should be agile and adapt to a fast-paced environment, understand the e-commerce lifecycle, familiar with different platform operations and a solution-based mindset.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Plan & Execution
. Implement e-commerce plan to drive traffic, increase conversion, boost GMV and basket value.
. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
. Manage chat service and customer enquiries
Product & Content Management
. Manage product listings across platforms and maintain accurate descriptions and product content
. Update BAU and campaign price and inventory
. Optimize product presentation for searchability and conversion.
Campaign Management
. Propose monthly promotion campaign and implement timely and accurate submission of product and platform campaign mechanics.
. Postmortem after mega campaign including Competitor Study
Order Fulfillment
. Process the order picking and packing for various platforms and arrange for drop off or pick up.
. Monitor fulfillment KPIs and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Analytics & Reporting
. Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion, sales, basket value, advertisement and ROI.
. Propose solutions to address abnormality.
Qualifications & Skills
. Diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital, E-commerce, or related field
. 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, pureplay platforms, or online retail
. Experience with order fulfillment systems and logistics coordination
. Good communication, coordination and analytical skills
. Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
. Open to Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents
