We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-daye-commerce operations, ensure accurate product listings, and support digital sales growth through effective online merchandising and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (website, Shopify, apps).
- Ensure accurate pricing, product descriptions, images, and inventory details.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on online promotions, campaigns, and banners.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Optimize product visibility through webpage, keywords, and platform tools.
- Work with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track competitor pricing and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales operations.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Experience in logistics arrangement would be preferable but not necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
