Job Description

This job position involves managing online sales, which includes tasks like managing e-commerce platforms, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing product listings, and analyzing sales data to drive revenue growth.

  • Platform and website management: Oversee and manage the functionality, user experience, and security of e-commerce websites and online storefronts.
  • Digital marketing: Develop and implement strategies for SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic and sales.
  • Product management: Create and optimize product listings with accurate details, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Data analysis: Monitor website traffic, sales data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales and operations: Coordinate with logistic team, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth order-processing system.
  • Customer experience: Work to improve the online shopping experience, handle customer inquiries, and manage customer service-related issues.

Key skills and requirements

  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and websites.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including tools like Excel or pivot tables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
