About the Role
As an ecommerce operation executive at Gain City, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving inquiries related to online orders and customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on ecommerce platforms and ensure product listings are up-to-date and accurate.
- Plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimises user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide perspectives for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge and skills of digital marketing, online advertising and Magento website.
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and TikTok is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and still complete projects in a timely manner, often under tight deadlines.
