Overview
We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive cum Livestreamer to join our fast-growing team at B2K Pet Care.
You will gain hands-on experience in real e-commerce operations, including product listings, online campaigns, TikTok content, Shopee/Lazada management, and order fulfilment support across multiple platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, interested in e-commerce and digital marketing, and wants real exposure to online business operations and growth.
Job Scope
E-Commerce Executive (TikTok Live & Shopee Live)
Job Responsibilities
- Hold TikTok Live and Shopee Live sessions to promote products and engage customers.
- Manage product listings on Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other online platforms.
- Upload product information, images, pricing, and stock updates.
- Process and monitor online orders to ensure accurate fulfilment.
- Support online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and bundle deals.
- Respond to customer enquiries via e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Track deliveries and assist in resolving delivery issues.
- Support simple content creation, product videos, and promotional materials.
- Assist with digital marketing activities and other ad-hoc e-commerce duties.
Requirements
- Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting during livestreams.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Shopify, or Lazada is an advantage.
