E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:

. Assist in day to day management of e-commerce platform

. Monitor daily movement on e-commerce platform or customer feedback

. Upload products and website content onto e-commerce platform

. Coordinate with website vendor or IT department for web maintenance and content management

. Create and execute marketing campaigns on e-commerce platform

. Ensure consistency in products and communications between boutiques and e-commerce platform

. Assist in order fulfilment and processing of daily website orders

. Suppliers negotiation and liaison to ensure timely delivery

Requirement:

. GCE A level/ Diploma Holder in related discipline

. At least 5 years of working experience in related job scope

. Experience in handling e-commerce

. Knowledge of Google Analytics will be added advantage

. Good interpersonal and Communications skills especially in corporate communications

. Good team player

. Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers

. Knowledge of the luxury market would be advantageous.

. Able to work during weekends or after working hours when necessary
