E-commerce

• Daily operations include preparing orders and packing orders
• Attending to customer enquries on online platforms
• Doing product content on e-Commerce websites/social media platforms
• Adopt best practices for new product listings, content creation
• Customer Service for both online and walk in customers
• Handle customer complaints, folowup on customers enquiries and provide suitable solutions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Manage showroom for walk in enquiries and servicing
• Ensure tidiness of showroom and warehouse
• Light warehouse duties

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
