Responsibilities
- Conceptualized the e-commerce campaign
- Manage and operate e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Shopee.
- Monitor and analyze Facebook ad traffic and performance to optimize ROI.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the company's e-commerce websites.
- Track sales performance and generate regular internal reports and insights.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media presence and promotional activities.
- Conduct monthly inventory reviews across retail and online sales channels.
- Update and optimize product listings, including descriptions and visuals.
- Drive monthly sales growth across both retail and online platforms.
- Expand customer base and explore new sales channels, including government-affiliated e-commerce platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations.
Job Requirement (s):
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
