Key Responsibilities
- Drive and grow overall sales performance across all platforms, including our website
- Plan, manage, and execute promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms
- Manage and update product listings, including pricing across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally (including use of AI chat assistants)
- Develop and strengthen social media presence (TikTok, Reels, livestream content)
- Plan and execute KOL (influencer) and affiliate marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and sales
- Ad hoc Task
Requirements
- Basic experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Salary & Employment Terms
- Probation (3 months): $1,200
- Upon confirmation (Part-Time): $1,500
- Full-time opportunity: Open for discussion based on performance
