- Create listings for new products and maintain existing listings.

- Answer customer inquiries via Shopee/Lazada messenger.

- Create digital banners for marketing and promotion.

- Order fulfillment and packing.

- Monitor shipment schedule and liaise with the logistic officer.

- Handle work-in customers.
