E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking an E Commerce Assistant to join our growing team in Singapore. As an E Commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our E commerce team in managing and optimizing our online store. You will work closely with E Commerce Manager to ensure that our online store is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for sales.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and updating online store
• Help optimizing online sales, including product listings, pricing and promotions
• Process orders and manage inventory levels
• Response to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that online store is aligned with company's goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with E Commerce trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E Commerce Assistant or Similar Role
• Excellence communications and interpersonal skills
• strong attention to detail
• Ability to to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify etc
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Singaporean/Local with experience in the retail industry is preferred
• Able to start immediately
