- Help brainstorm and run e-commerce marketing campaigns across online channels
- Track and report on sales KPIs like traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Oversee order processing and ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle customer messages and inquiries through different platforms
- Keep all online listings up to date - including product info, pricing, images, promos, and stock levels
- Support day-to-day admin and operations tasks for the e-commerce team
- Jump in to help with other ad-hoc duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in marketing, business, e-commerce, or similar field
- Skilled in Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Experience in electronics or e-commerce is a plus
- A team player with good communication skills
