Role Description

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce & Marketing Internshiprole located in Singapore, with strong creative capabilities and a keen understanding of digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and marketing execution, and is constantly in touch with social media trends. The intern will focus on supporting e-commerce operations, managing digital content for online platforms, and analyzing sales performance. Daily tasks include assisting with the creation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, maintaining product listings, handling inquiries from online customers, assisting eCommerce team with packing orders and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting eCommerce team with packing orders and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Create and adapt artwork for e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and brand webstores.

Develop trade marketing designs such as POSMs, hang tags, shelf strips, posters, and in-store visuals.

Conceptualise and execute social media graphics and short-form video content.

Plan and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Stay updated on current social media and digital trends to create engaging, timely content.

Support day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign coordination, KOL/influencer management, and reporting.

Assist in brand launches, promotions, and online/offline marketing initiatives.

Requirements

13 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or content creation (Fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut is a must.

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and e-commerce content formats.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries.

Basic photography/videography skills.

Experience with TikTok-style short-form content creation.
