E&I Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities by planning, scheduling, and monitoring tasks with contractors and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely execution, while maintaining accurate records and upcoming work plans.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical and instrumentation systems, supporting both corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure operational reliability.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage routine services and major shutdown activities, including planning, on-site coordination, and communication with production stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and preventing recurring failures.

• Oversee spare parts inventory by tracking usage, updating stock records, and supporting procurement processes for tools, spare parts, and maintenance services.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance by maintaining accurate records such as calibration logs, maintenance reports, and work orders in line with ISO standards and internal procedures.

• Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to EHS policies, supporting environmental and safety management systems, and contributing to risk reduction initiatives in line with ALARP principles.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an E&I technician or supervisory role within a chemical plant environment.

• Practical knowledge and experience with DCS and PLC systems.

• Basic understanding of maintenance practices, industrial equipment, instrumentation, electrical systems, and manufacturing processes.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
