Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead E&I activities of medium to large projects. Each day, you will ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by leading a team, defining main guidelines, and allocating tasks.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Overseeing all on-site E&I construction activities, lead fabrication yard team, and supervise construction teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery in accordance with plans, specifications, and schedules.

  • Ensuring full HSE compliance, implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, facilitate safety meetings, and maintain environmental standards across the work site.
  • Monitoring E&I construction schedules and progress against milestones, track manpower productivity, allocate labor/materials/equipment efficiently, and identify schedule deviations and risks.
  • Verifying all construction work meets quality standards and design specifications through surveillance inspections, collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate inspection records.
  • Serving as primary point of contact for E&I matters, provide regular progress updates to management and clients, facilitate inter-team communication, resolve issues collaboratively, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Overseeing final site inspections to verify all work meets specifications and regulatory standards, manage punch list closure, coordinate formal handover to client, and ensure all compliance certificates and documentation are complete.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation construction, fabrication, or project execution proven track record leading on-site construction teams and managing E-House or similar industrial projects.
  • Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) demonstrated ability to monitor progress against milestones, optimize resource allocation, and proactively manage schedule deviations and risks.
  • In-depth understanding of E&I construction standards, quality specifications, and regulatory compliance requirements experience conducting surveillance inspections and resolving technical/quality issues with engineers.
  • Advanced HSE knowledge with proven ability to implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, manage compliance, and minimize workplace hazards experience facilitating safety meetings and awareness programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams (engineers, contractors, clients, management) strong documentation and reporting skills experience resolving conflicts professionally and managing complex stakeholder interfaces.
