Job Description

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, user needs, and process improvement initiatives. Support the development and maintenance of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions. Coordinate project activities, timelines, action items, and follow-ups with stakeholders. Implement AI tools such as AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and prompt-based automation for business applications. Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of core business applications. Facilitate digital enablement activities, including workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development. Familiarity with AI tools like AI Builder and Copilot Studio, and prompt-based automation is advantageous. Knowledge of database design and development is a plus. Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork, documentation, and adaptability.
