Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Business / related field preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of hotel front office or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Able to work a 6-day work week and rotating shifts, including night shifts.
