Duty Manager - Events & Operations
Up to $5,000
Working location: Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
Guest Experience
. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high guest satisfaction.
. Handle escalations, complaints, and special requests professionally.
. Maintain strong Front-of-House presence and engage with organisers and visitors.
. Gather feedback and support continuous service improvements.
Operations
. Lead and oversee daily event operations to ensure smooth execution.
. Ensure compliance with service and safety standards.
. Conduct staff and supplier briefings for proper coordination and manpower deployment.
. Monitor supplier performance and service quality.
. Respond and manage operational issues or emergencies effectively.
. Perform regular inspections and ensure prompt corrective actions when needed.
. Maintain shift reports, incident logs, and operational records.
. Support operational planning and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
. Proven excellence in leading teams successfully.
. High level of fitness for extensive walking and climbing ladders and stairs during the shift.
. Comfortable with technology, social media and paperless business processes.
. Must be able to work mid-night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
