DRY BULK OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are a truly global organisation employing international brokers in 11 offices spanning Europe, The Middle East, Asia, and Australia to provide a best-in-class service to a rich and diverse portfolio of clients engaged in all aspects of dry bulk commodity shipping and trading.

We are actively seeking a dry bulk operations executive that matches the following criteria.

Required skills & competencies

• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Reliable, independent and supportive
• Strong conversational and written English as business language
• Solid understanding of Laytime and Freight calculations
• Strong accounting knowledge and mathematical capability
• At least 2-5 years experience in dry-bulk operations is preferred but not a requirement for consideration.

Summary of responsibilities:

• Running 20+ active shipments concurrently
• Post voyage management
• Dispute settlements
• Consistent accurate data entry
• Reliable consultancy to clients
• Handling Brokerage Commission Invoices
• Assist in Charter Parties management

Compensation

• 5 days work per week, but expected to work overtime when necessary.
• Salary is to be determined according to experience and qualifications.
• Bonus: Performance related & discretionary.
