Job Description

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee and execute the established charter - party agreements meticulously. Keep a close eye on every detail of the contract implementation to ensure full compliance and smooth progress.

-Establish and maintain effective communication with shipowners, charterers, port agents, oil suppliers, insurance companies, and ship - side personnel. By building strong relationships and facilitating seamless information exchange, guarantee the successful execution of each voyage.

--Promptly calculate and handle various expenses, including freight, charter hire, bunker costs, port charges, demurrage/despatch. Implement a strict and efficient financial management system to ensure accurate and timely payment and collection.

--Collect bills in a timely manner, organize and archive them systematically. Conduct comprehensive voyage summaries to extract valuable insights and experiences for future operations.

--Nurture and strengthen relationships with all business partners. Through regular communication and collaboration, enhance mutual trust and cooperation, thus promoting long - term business development.

Requirements

--Preference will be given to candidates with over one - year working experience in bulk cargo ship - owning companies or as an Ocean Shipping Operator (OP). This experience should have equipped the candidates with practical knowledge and skills in the relevant field.

--Possess excellent communication skills and strong execution capabilities. Be able to adapt flexibly to different situations and effectively coordinate with various parties to achieve business goals.

--Graduates from maritime institutions or those majoring in international trade are preferred. They should have a solid foundation in professional knowledge and be able to apply it to practical work.

-- Have a strong sense of customer service and the ability to maintain good relationships with customers. Be sensitive to customer needs and provide high - quality service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

--Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent problem - solving abilities. Be proactive in facing challenges and be able to find effective solutions in a timely manner.

--Have good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This is essential for communicating with international partners and handling international business operations.
