Drone Specialist

Description

• Understand UAV flight mission objectives and communicate with stakeholders
• Planning flight paths and missions
• Conduct risk assessments with considerations of Aviation Regulations and Fly-it-Safe practices.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections of the UAV and associated equipment.
• Apply & secure all permits and authorizations necessary for UAV operations.
• Collect data, images and readings and analyze collected data for reporting purposes.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and data records.
• Respond to emergencies and malfunctions in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure serviceability of UAV equipment & devices by performing routine maintenance, including troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Conduct UAV Pilot Training & flight tests
• Gather feedback from UAV end-users for product or service improvements
• Collaborate with engineering team to address end-user feedbacks and requests

Requirements

• Possess CAAS UAPL
• Minimum Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or related fields
• Comfortable with travelling
