Prerequisite: Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)/Singapore Citizen

# Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the daily management of the Remote Security Center and remote safety officers, and establish an efficient management system;

2. Be responsible for the recruitment, training and assessment of remote safety officers to ensure they have comprehensive monitoring, intervention and response capabilities;

3. Conduct data analysis of remote safety officers, including the statistics, induction and summary of problem scenarios, as well as the communication and follow-up of problem improvements;

4. Continuously optimize the daily management plans and processes of the remote security team, and steadily improve the team's work quality and efficiency;

5. Based on the team's daily operation data, continuously identify problems in autonomous vehicle operation and drive the responsible teams to make improvements;

6. Continuously optimize the cost and manpower efficiency of the Remote Security Center;

7. Promote the continuous iteration of the system to enhance user experience and security;

8. Be willing to accept long-term overseas business trips.

# Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Work Experience: More than 5 years of team management experience; experience in autonomous driving or internet industry is preferred;

3. Language Skills: Able to communicate and work in both Chinese and English;

4. Project Management Capabilities: Capable of cross-departmental resource coordination and complex problem-solving, and able to promote efficient collaboration among technical, product and operation teams;

5. Other Requirements: Strong goal-oriented and result-oriented mindset, able to make quick decisions and drive problem-solving in a high-pressure environment.
