Job Summary
You will provide safe and timely transportation for guests by picking them up from the airport and dropping them off at hotels and various tourism sites across Singapore, ensuring a comfortable and professional travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive guests safely between the airport, hotels, and tourist destinations in Singapore
- Manage timely pick-up and drop-off schedules to meet guest and company expectations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition for guest use
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide a welcoming and professional service experience
- Adapt to work under pressure and handle changes in schedule or traffic conditions efficiently
- Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support guest transportation needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence
- Demonstrate relevant work experience in the tourism or transportation field
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a Class 4 driving licence for enhanced driving privileges
- Hold PDVL (Private Hire Car Driver's Vocational Licence) and BDVL (Bus Driver's Vocational Licence) certifications
- Ability to communicate in Indian languages to assist guests from India, enhancing guest experience
