Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze input from Driver-Partners to identify their needs and enhance their overall experience.
  • Code of Conduct Monitoring: Monitor and report any violations to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
  • Issue Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve Driver-Partner concerns promptly.
  • Reward Campaigns: Design and implement initiatives to recognize and reward Driver-Partners for their contributions.
  • Educational Engagement: Deliver sessions focused on safety and quality to strengthen Driver-Partner knowledge.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing engagement events, including packing, distributing items, and ensuring a positive experience for participants..

The Talent

  • Driving license Class 3 /3A with min. 2 years experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with operational/event support
