Role Overview
Sasha's Fine Foods is the F&B venture of
Kuo Group, a diversified group with interests across hospitality, food, and trade. We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Driver & Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. It is a growing position for someone who wants to build real expertise in supply chain and logistics within a dynamic group environment. You will be central to how our products move: from supplier pick-ups across Singapore and customs clearance at Changi Airport, to warehouse management and eventual support for group-level logistics needs as we scale. Key Responsibilities
Driving &Logistics
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc pick-ups/deliveries from suppliers, vendors, and clients
- Plan and optimise daily routes to ensure timely and efficient collections and deliveries
- Maintain the company vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition; report any defects or maintenance needs promptly
- Handle temperature-sensitive goods with care, following cold chain protocols for chilled and frozen products
- Support logistics requirements across the broader Kuo Group as needed including potential F&B ventures, restaurant openings, or new trade categories demonstrating adaptability as the group's operations evolve
Customs Clearance (Changi Airport)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines, and Singapore Customs to facilitate the clearance of imported food products at Changi Airport Cargo Terminal
- Prepare, verify, and submit required import documentation (e.g., Cargo Clearance Permits, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
Inventory &Warehouse Management
- Receive, check, and log incoming goods against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity, SKU, and product condition
- Update and maintain inventory records on a weekly basis
- Use Microsoft Excel to track stock levels
- Assist with weekly and monthly stock counts, reconciling physical inventory against system records
- Organise warehouse storage areas to ensure products are correctly labelled, dated (FIFO), and stored under appropriate conditions
Administration& Communication
- Use Microsoft Outlook to receive, respond to, and action emails relating to deliveries, supplier communications, and internal updates
- Maintain accurate records of delivery dockets, pick-up receipts, and customs documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Requirements
Mandatory
- Valid Singapore Class 3 (or Class 3A) driving licence with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in a commercial or logistics context
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook (email) and Excel (data entry, basic formulas, stock tracking)
- Good command of spoken and written English for communication with suppliers, customs officers, and internal teams
Preferred
- Prior experience in food & beverage logistics, cold chain transport, or FMCG distribution
- Familiarity with Singapore Customs and import documentation processes
- Experience with Changi Airport Cargo Terminal pick-ups is a strong advantage
- Experience basic warehouse management
