Job Description

Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies various retailers and restaurants in Singapore. They are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join their team.

【Responsibilities】
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods in accordance with operational requirements and KPIs set by management.
- Conduct quality and quantity checks on goods before collection and delivery.
- Ensure all goods and stocks are properly labelled, organized, and securely arranged within the truck.
- Maintain truck cleanliness and conduct regular inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Coordinate and arrange vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure warehouse areas and equipment are secure, clean, tidy, and properly maintained.
- Support the ESH (Environment, Safety & Health) sub-committee on safety, compliance, and risk-related matters.
- Be available for standby duties on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, operational procedures, and company regulations.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday :7.00am to 3.30pm
- Saturday :9.00am to 1.00pm

Requirement

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Driver.
- Able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Able to operate MHE equipment such as forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and trolley.
- Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence and forklift licence.

(Advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
