WE ARE HIRING - CLASS 4 DRIVER (TRUCK OPERATIONS)

We are looking for a committed and responsible Class 4 Driver who can perform under pressure, handle site challenges, and deliver results without excuses.
This role is not for average drivers - it's for those who take pride in discipline, skill, and reliability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive company vehicles (Tipper trucks, lorries) safely and efficiently to and from project sites.
- Transport manpower, materials, and equipment to designated locations according to project schedules.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintenance (oil, water, tires, brakes, cleanliness, etc.) before and after use.
- Ensure proper loading and securing of materials, including tools, machinery, and facade/plumbing components.
- Strictly follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company transport policies at all times.
- Assist site teams with loading/unloading and movement of materials when required.
- Maintain accurate trip records, mileage logs, and fuel usage reports.
- Perform deliveries under tight schedules and changing site conditions (dust, soil, uneven terrain, or rain).
- Be flexible to support site activities, ad-hoc deliveries, and emergency transport needs.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, storekeepers, and engineers to ensure smooth material flow and punctuality.
- Represent the company with professional attitude, proper grooming, and discipline.
- Report vehicle defects or accidents immediately to management for prompt action.
- Always adhere to PPE and site safety standards when entering work areas.
- Assist during non-driving hours in site logistics, cleaning, or equipment shifting when required.
- Work long hours, weekends, and Public Holidays to meet project deadlines - because we deliver when others stop.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License (manual transmission preferred).
- Minimum 10 years experience in driving for construction, facade, or maintenance works.
- Familiar with Singapore road network, site access, and industrial zones.
- Able to handle long working hours, pressure, and multiple delivery tasks daily.
- Must be physically fit to assist in manual loading/unloading at site.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Must be ready to work in dusty, muddy, or tight site environments.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays whenever required.
- High sense of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Must be punctual, respectful, and reliable - no excuses, no shortcuts.
- Can communicate clearly in English or basic site language with supervisors and workers.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and deliver on time every time.
