Roles & Responsibilities
Lahori.SG is a delivery-first Pakistani kitchen based in Northshore, Punggol, delivering authentic Lahore-style food islandwide using its own delivery fleet.
We hire delivery drivers and riders on a part-time or full-time employee basis to handle hot, time-sensitive food orders from our kitchen to homes and offices across Singapore.
- You will collect packed food from our Northshore kitchen and deliver it promptly and safely to customers across Singapore.
- You will handle hot, perishable items with care so that they arrive upright, intact, and at the right serving temperature.
- You will use proper thermal bags and insulated carriers to keep food hot while on the move.
- You will follow the planned delivery sequence and route shared after each day's order cut-off.
- You will use a smartphone, maps and our delivery tools to navigate, confirm pickups and drop-offs, and record simple proof of delivery.
- You will update the kitchen quickly if you face delays, issues on the road, or need help with addresses.
- You will represent Lahori.SG professionally at all times in front of customers and neighbours.
Pay & Benefits
- You will receive a competitive hourly or monthly salary, depending on whether you join as part-time or full-time staff.
- You may receive extra incentives for on-time completion of routes, good customer feedback, and support for busy periods such as weekends and dinner peaks.index.txt+1
- You will be employed under Lahori.SG or Fusion Food LLP and receive statutory contributions and leave benefits according to MOM guidelines.
Work Schedule
- Both part-time and full-time shifts are available.
- Shifts are mainly in the late morning, afternoon and evening.
- Exact working days and hours will be discussed and confirmed during the interview.
- Routes are usually confirmed after order cut-off and shared in advance so you can plan your day.
Requirements
- You must have your own well-maintained car, van or motorcycle suitable for food delivery.
- You must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A license for car or van, or a valid Class 2 / 2A / 2B license for motorcycle.
- You must be comfortable using a smartphone and navigation apps.
- You must be able to speak simple English to understand order notes and talk to customers and the kitchen team.
- You should be physically fit enough to carry delivery bags, move between vehicle and units, and climb stairs where needed.
- You must be reliable, punctual and honest in handling food, addresses and any customer information.
- Previous delivery experience is useful but not required training on routes, food handling and our standards will be provided.
Work Location
Collection point: Lahori.SG kitchen, Northshore, Punggol (Punggol Northshore area).
Delivery coverage: islandwide within Singapore, based on distance-based delivery zones.
