Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Driver Operations Projects Coordinator (Part Time) to support daily delivery operations and client coordination. This role involves assisting with order routing, driver assignment, and real-time monitoring to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is responsive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
What you'll do
Assist with routing and scheduling client delivery orders
Assign drivers from the existing driver pool based on route requirements
Provide timely support to clients regarding their orders
Monitor active deliveries and help resolve operational or delivery-related issues
What we seek
Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing client needs
Comfortable using various online communication channels to engage with clients
What you'll need
Availability to commit to a minimum 3-day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
Ability to work at least 1 morning shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and 2 evening shifts (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Willingness to attend onsite training (training will be provided)
