Responsibilities

• Follow delivery routes precisely, prioritizing special instructions to ensure timely deliveries
• Deliver goods accurately to designated locations according to the delivery plan
• Check goods against delivery slips to confirm order accuracy before delivery
• Sort and pack goods systematically based on the delivery plan for efficient handling
• Load and unload goods safely to prevent damage and ensure timely delivery
• Obtain delivery confirmation slips from recipients to verify completed deliveries
• Collect and process payments, coordinating with the finance department to handle cash and check payments securely
• Verify returned goods and take responsibility for accurate return processing
• Maintain cleanliness and good working order of delivery vehicles to ensure safety and reliability
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff, coordinators, and office colleagues to support delivery operations
• Complete other assigned ad-hoc tasks as required to support team goals
