Driver / Logistics Delivery Assistant

Job Description

1. Planning routes
2. Ensure vehicle is well maintained and in operational condition
3. Following safety protocols and complying with traffic law
4. Providing good customer service when fulfilling deliveries
5. Loading, delivering products to customers or in a safe and timely manner
6. Ensure loading the correct items against the delivery order / invoice
7. Ensure safe & proper handling of stocks collected and delivered
8. Loading & unloading of goods to customers
9. Report any vehicle damage or issue promptly
10. Ensure customer acknowledges receipt by signing on the documents
11. Collect payments as per COD invoice
12. Inform Logistics Supervisor to schedule for servicing as and when required
13. Fulfilled all assigned delivery on time, inform Logistics Supervisor if unable to complete delivery in time
14. Willing to perform overtime hours as and when required (include weekend)
15. Assist with other warehouse tasks assigned by Logistics Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor as and when needed
16. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties when needed or require by Logistics Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

- Must have Class 3/4 Singapore driving license

- Islandwide

- Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections while performing preventive maintenance on their trucks to ensure safety while driving.

- Working hours Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)

- Fixed monthly salary + OT pay

- Proper leave entitlement
