Job Description

  • Operational Management: Plan daily delivery routes, dispatch drivers, and coordinate logistics to meet deadlines.
  • Supervision: Manage driver attendance, performance, and workload, including on-the-job training.
  • Vehicle & Maintenance: Ensure company lorries are maintained, serviced, and safe to operate.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety policies, conduct training, and ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety regulations.
  • Hands-on Driving: Safely drive company vehicles to pick up/deliver goods or transport staff.
  • Handling Issues: Resolve scheduling conflicts, vehicle breakdowns, or delivery issues.
