Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely by following all traffic laws and company driving policies to protect passengers and vehicles
- Conduct daily inspections to detect and report vehicle defects promptly, ensuring roadworthiness
- Record mileage, fuel use, trip details, receipts, and expenses accurately for operational transparency
- Clean and maintain vehicles regularly to meet company standards and ensure passenger comfort
- Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle damage immediately to management for quick resolution
- Manage time effectively to provide punctual and efficient transportation services
- Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS and local road knowledge
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and/or Chinese with passengers and colleagues
- Work independently with responsibility, reliability, and a professional attitude
- Follow workplace safety rules and apply basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Be willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, and shifts as needed
- Perform other ad-hoc duties to support company operations
- Able to fix machineries whenever spareparts need changing - vacuum cleaner , scrubber machine
Required competencies and certifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a chauffeur, corporate driver, or executive driver serving government agencies, multinational corporations, or executive personnel
Familiarity with airport transfers, corporate events, and VIP transportation services
