Job Summary
You will transport workers, materials, and equipment safely to construction sites while planning routes to ensure timely operations. You will assist with site logistics, support supervisors, maintain vehicle upkeep, and keep accurate delivery and site records.
Responsibilities
- Transport workers, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently to various construction sites
- Plan delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely site operations
- Coordinate site logistics by assisting with loading and unloading materials
- Support site supervisors with daily operational tasks and basic coordination to maintain workflow
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations during transportation and site activities
- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of assigned vehicle to ensure operational readiness
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, transport schedules, and site movements for accountability
- Assist with simple site support duties such as moving materials and basic setup to aid site operations
- Organize store areas, verify hardware and material quantities, and maintain proper inventory records
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 / Class 4 driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or logistics environment
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic site support duties when required
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Overtime working is required
