Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change control activities across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Coordinate engineering projects involving equipment improvements, process optimisation, and facility enhancement works
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Support impact assessments, risk evaluations, and implementation planning for engineering and manufacturing changes
- Prepare and maintain GMP-compliant technical documentation, engineering reports, and change control records
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to coordinate project schedules, installation activities, and site implementation timelines
- Ensure engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where applicable
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and equipment reliability
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous
- Familiarity with GMP practices, change control systems, and engineering project coordination
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
- Able to manage multiple timelines and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation practices
- Meticulous, independent, and collaborative working style
