Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time.
• Prepare, revise and update tendering
• Taking off quantity drawing tender
• Resolution contractual claim
• Purchasing project site materials
• Produce drawings using computer assisted drafting systems (CAD)
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for civil and structural projects
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in the design process
• Provide technical support and advice for onsite engineering personnel
• Update and improve design drawings Min Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architectural or equivalent

Requirements

• Min 3 Years drafting/QS experience
• Familiar with Singapore local authorities submission
• Able to prepare, revise/update drawing and tendering.
• Immediate availability
