Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, reinforcement drawings, and as-built drawings for C&S/structural works, including foundations, walls, columns, and slabs.
Develop and update C&S/M&E layouts and detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software in accordance with project specifications and engineering requirements.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, sketches, and technical information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with Engineers, Design Managers, Consultants, and site teams to clarify design requirements and complete drawing submissions within project timelines.
Revise and update drawings based on design changes, engineers comments, and site requirements, ensuring the latest information is accurately reflected.
Maintain proper drawing records, revision history, and monthly Master Drawing List (MDL) to ensure effective document control throughout the project.
Perform basic drafting calculations, drawing checks, and other duties as assigned by the Management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Preferably with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
Experienced in design management, rebar concrete (RC), steel structure detail and design development.
Competent in Microsoft suites and proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM.
