Drafting Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Support all drafting needs of the company, including Project, Design, Technical, and Sales Teams
• Prepare architectural and M&E plans, sections, details, 3D drawings as part of working drawings or as-built drawings
• Prepare Single Line Drawings, schematic drawings for documentation, submission, or tender purposes
• Work with project engineers to prepare drawing for submission and implementation
• Attend site walks and perform site measurements, advise on best ways to have alignment between drawings and actual site implementation
• Support HOD to perform administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in latest version of AutoCad, able to come up with required drawings in an efficient manner
• Preferably with knowledge of security equipment, cabling, construction materials and how these are represented in drawings
• Preferably with knowledge of how to come up with CCTV coverage drawings using VideoCad software
• Sensitive to deadlines and capable of good resource planning
• Preferably possess Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related
• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills
