Prepare and update ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
Revise and maintain drawings as required, ensuring corrections and modifications are implemented according to supervisor directives.
Produce high-quality, accurate drawings independently, conducting thorough reviews and quality checks prior to submission.
Collaborate closely with Site Engineers/ Project Managers to resolve drawing details and incorporate client-requested sketches or modifications.
Organize and maintain comprehensive drawing records and reports for efficient access and reference.
Develop BIM MEP (Building Information Modelling for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models and work with the BIM Coordinator to meet client specifications and requirements.
Requirements:
Candidates with relevant experience in ACMV field are encouraged to apply.
Those with 3 years or more of experience will be considered.
Strong knowledge of building services, particularly ducting and piping systems for industrial and commercial projects.
Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD (2D & 3D) software applications.
