Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- -Proficiency in AutoCAD (Experience in Revit will be advantages)
- -Proficiency in Google Sketch-up
- -Proficient in English, with clear communication skills essential for team collaboration
- -Right attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- -Team player and result-oriented
- -Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- -Prepare drawings, detail drawings, and AS-Built drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and completeness for submission.
- -Prepare coordination drawings (M&E, P&S with Archi & C&S drawing)
- -Update AutoCAD files to reflect the latest layout changes and ensure that references are accurate.
- -Ensure proper revision control of drawing files and documentation.
- -Support project administration tasks including document management
- -Perform other ad-hoc drafting assigned by the Project Management Team to support project needs.
- 5.5 days work
- MUST HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCED IN SINGAPORE(Familiar with Nparks, Town Council, HDB projects)
