About the Role
We are looking for a Drafter who is detail-oriented and passionate about producing accurate, high-quality drawings. You will work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to prepare and coordinate drawings from design through construction to as-built stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update drawings and designdocuments for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit.Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in drawing preparation and coordination.
- Stay current with drafting and BIM technologies to maintain technical competency.
- Plan and manage drawing submissions to meet deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain proper soft copy archives of all drawings.
- Draft detailed installation and construction plans from sketches or notes.
- Finalize and reproduce documentation packages according to project standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Chinese.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
